fix: clean URLs — /tos and /privacy instead of /tos.html and /privacy.html

- Added Express routes for /tos and /privacy
- Updated all internal links (index.html, privacy.html, tos.html)
- Updated sitemap.xml URLs
- Updated README and docs architecture
