Subject: [PATCH] fix: use process.cwd() for public dir + simplified routes

- Changed publicDir to use process.cwd() for Vercel compatibility
- Simplified vercel.json routes: API -> server.js, everything else -> server.js
- Express.static will serve files from public/ directory
