Implement ScraperAPI and FlareSolverr proxy support

- Add proxy.helper.js with unified proxy support
- Add ScraperAPI integration (premium residential IPs)
- Add FlareSolverr integration (self-hosted browser)
- Add proxy fallback to fetchWithMirror()
- Add Cloudflare challenge detection
- Add GET /api/proxy/status endpoint
- Update mirror.helper.js with proxy integration
