v2.1.3: Pipe resilience — retry logic, caching, optimized streaming

- Added pipeRequest() with retry + exponential backoff (3 attempts)
- Cached episodes (5min) and sources (10min) responses
- Confirmed kiwi/bonk CDNs serve real content, bee/ally serve decoys
- Updated version to 2.1.3 across package.json, health, OpenAPI
