feat: add OpenAPI/Swagger UI support with interactive API documentation

- Add OpenAPI 3.0 specification builder with fluent API
- Add Swagger UI integration for interactive API documentation
- Add comprehensive OpenAPI data structures (schemas, parameters, responses, etc.)
- Add swagger_demo.v example with Pet Store API demonstration
- Use global variables for shared mutable state in demo handlers
- Add property-based tests for OpenAPI serialization and validation
- Update README with Swagger UI documentation

// test_openapi_builder_multi_ops_property.v - Property-Based Test for Builder Multiple Operations
// **Feature: swagger-ui, Property 7: OpenAPI Builder Supports Multiple Operations Per Path**
// **Validates: Requirements 6.2, 6.3, 6.4**
//
// Property: For any path, adding multiple different HTTP method operations using the builder
// SHALL result in all operations being present in the final document.
