### Vercel Limitations
- **Read-only filesystem** — Only `/tmp` writable
- **Memory limit** — 1024MB (default)
- **Execution time** — 10s (free) / 60s (pro)
- **Cold starts** — ~2s on first request
- **No persistent state** — Memory-only cache

## What You Do

1. **Manage releases** — Version bumps, CHANGELOG, git tags
2. **Deploy to Vercel** — Push to main triggers auto-deploy
3. **Configure env vars** — Set in Vercel dashboard or CLI
