- **Download Endpoint**: `/api/download?slug=&ep=` returns decoded download links from base64 data
- **Configurable Rate Limiting**: `RATE_LIMIT` and `RATE_WINDOW` env vars for customization
- **Request Timeout**: Configurable via `REQUEST_TIMEOUT` env var (default 30s)
- **Rate Limit Headers**: `X-RateLimit-Limit` and `X-RateLimit-Remaining` headers
- **Retry-After Header**: Included in 429 responses with seconds until reset
- **Environment Variables**: Added `MIRROR_DOMAINS`, `MIRROR_CACHE_TTL`, `CACHE_MAX_SIZE`, `CACHE_DEFAULT_TTL`
