Shinei Nouzen 996cead3b1 fix: Full diagnostic sweep — bugs, dead code, unused imports, docs accuracy
Code fixes:
- seasons/watchOrder: Remove dead ternary (both branches identical)
- mirror.helper: Remove redundant ternary (both branches identical)

- apiRoutes: Fix proxy domain validation (exact match, not includes)
- apiRoutes: Fix proxy .m3u8 check (pathname, not hostname)
- pagination: Fix totalItems calculation (was overestimating)
- server.js: Remove dead has404File variable
- server.js: Remove duplicate /api/cache/stats route
- server.js: Remove unused getCacheStats import

Unused imports removed:

- episodeListAjax: axios
- trending: URLS from dataUrl.js
- trendingSidebar: URLS from dataUrl.js
- upcomingAnime: parseListItems
- watchPage: URLS, BASE_URL from dataUrl.js

Docs fixes:
- README: 33->38 endpoints, 24->28 controllers, 26->28 extractors
- README: Cache TTL 5min->per-endpoint, Timeout 15s->30s
- docs/index.md: 33->38 endpoints
- architecture.md: LRU cache strategy, remove stale cookie-parser
- agents: compression version, extractor/controller counts
- agents: domain typo, stale CORS dep, version badge

> ## 🎥 GET Endpoint Name
### Endpoint
\`\`\`
/endpoint-path
\`\`\`
#### Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Mandatory | Default | Description |
| :-------: | :--: | :-------: | :-----: | :---------: |
| `param` | `type` | Yes/No | default | description |
#### Example of request
\`\`\`bash
curl "https://anikototvapi.vercel.app/api/endpoint"
\`\`\`
#### Sample Response
\`\`\`json
{ "success": true, "results": {...} }
\`\`\`
```
## Key Documentation Rules
### Version Bumping
1. Update `package.json` version
2. Update README.md badge: `Version-2.2.0`
3. Update OpenAPI spec version in `apiRoutes.js`
4. Add CHANGELOG.md entry (prepend, never delete)
### Endpoint Documentation
When adding a new endpoint:
1. Add to `docs/endpoints.md` with full details
2. Add to README.md endpoints section
3. Add example to `docs/examples.md`
4. Add to OpenAPI spec in `apiRoutes.js`
5. Update endpoint count in README badge and stats
6. Add to `docs/streaming.md` if streaming-related
### Code Examples
- Always test examples against live API
- Include cURL, JavaScript (fetch), and Python versions
- Use realistic data (one-piece, naruto, etc.)
- Show both success and error responses
### Mermaid Diagrams
```markdown

A["Request"] --> B{"Cache"}
B -- HIT --> C["Response"]
B -- MISS --> D["Scrape"]
D --> E["Parse"]
E --> F["Cache"]
F --> G["Response"]
```
## What You Do
1. **Update CHANGELOG** — Add entries for every version bump
2. **Maintain README** — Keep endpoint list, badges, examples current
3. **Document endpoints** — Full docs for each of 38 endpoints
4. **Write examples** — cURL, JS, Python for common use cases
5. **Update OpenAPI** — Keep spec in sync with actual routes
6. **Review docs/ folder** — Keep all 5 markdown files current
7. **Update sitemap.xml** — Add dates when content changes
## Critical Rules
- **Never delete CHANGELOG entries** — Only append new versions at top
- **Consistent author format** — `Shinei Nouzen` everywhere
- **Test all examples** — Every curl/JS/Python example must work
- **Count endpoints accurately** — Badge, stats, OpenAPI all must match
- **Append, don't overwrite** — CHANGELOG entries are permanent
